I have 2 sources connected to 2407 WFP:

1. DVI - to my PC

2. Component - to Cable Set Top Box.

And some times i have problems with colors after changing input source... some colors have absolutly wrong colors. If i will power off monitor and turn on again then problem is resolving. But how i can resolve this problem in generally?

 

And second question. Where i can find Service Tag for it? I have 3YR Limited Warranty Monitor, Advanced Exchange but can't find Service Tag on it.
