It looks like the center snap is not catching. If the monitor is otherwise perfect, I'd try snapping it harder or have someone with strong hands do it. It could be broken catch or something in the way which means it won't help but worth the try.
You have to call support immediately as you wait too long they give you a refurbished
There are several clips around the perimeter. You just have to start at one one and work your way across. I would do the rma immeditely and if I got it to snap, I could cancel
What it looks like when watching regular TV (480i/p) or a DVD movie on this 2408wfp monitor using the component and composite video source? Could you please post me some pictures? :smileyhappy:
So far, have you had any answer from Dell or did you contact then in order to solve your problem yet?
Do you think it has happen during the transportation?

Hi, my part number is 0G286H A00 it seems a shame to RMA it
Im a bit dissapointed really as the monitor is perfect appart from this silver strip
I have tryed to clip it in the rght position but it just snaps back as im not sure where the catch actually is.
