* Turn the C3422WE off * Disconnect every cable from the C3422WE * Lay the front of the panel down on a soft towel * Remove the Stand riser from the rear of the panel * You should see the bracket attached to the vertical "track". Try to move the bracket

It started to work from the moment i pushed it down really hard.
It seemed that the base was not meant to move, but once I forced it started to work.
