* What Dell monitor models?

* Which DDPM 1.3.2.0015 is installed? The one dated October 21, 2024 or the the older one dated July 9, 2024?

Sorry, and thank you for your reply. Dell U4924DW and Dell U3423WE. And yes, our users are running 1.3.2.0015.

@DELL-Chris M Just to add some more info here. Most of our users are running macOS Sonoma. However, some of our users are running Sequoia, and that's where we first discovered the issue. Then as more reports came in, we noticed that the issue happened across OS's. But, the crash messages were all the same as the one I attached above. The app briefly shows up in the top menu bar, then disappears and crashes. While this has affected many of our users, a few have no issues with it.

@DELL-Chris M Also sorry just to clarify, were there two different versions of 1.3.2.0015 for DDPM? Was the July 9th version 1.3.1.0015? The one we're using says it's 1.3.2.0015.

Best,

@ConT3ch Yes, there were TWO versions of 1.3.2.0015. All of your users should be on the october 21, 2024 version. As shown here =

@DELL-Chris M Yes sir, I confirmed all of our users are running the October 21st 2024 version. We package the app for our users and make it available via MDM. The version uploaded to the MDM is 1.3.2.0015 from October. So all of our users are running that version. If there is a place that we can submit crash reports to the dev team, we have them available. Any ideas or assistance is appreciated.
