DDPM issues, how to report them to Dell

Operating system installed: Win 11

Monitor data required =
Monitor Model: S2722DGM + SE2422H
Did you upgrade from DDM (Dell Display Manager) or did you do a fresh install of DDPM? I upgraded from DDM then when it didn't work I uninstalled and reinstalled DDPM
Monitor firmware version: M3T102 for the S2722DGM
Monitor connection to computer, cables used, all ports in use: S2722GDM: DP, SE2422H: HDMI

1. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag for the Dell monitor and/or Dell computer. Open the Monitor Menu- Others to find this or look on the rear label.

2. Once the Case is started, the agent will ask for more data.
