delivery time
is it normal not to receive order after 1 month waiting? i ordered U2410 from dell partner and did not receive nothing yet. when i call to those supposed partner of dell, they tell me everytime, that they do not have any information when it will come neither if it was send from dell...
don't know if this is the right place to ask, if not, could yo tell me where to do so?
i'm really disapointed, but don't know where is the guilty - if it is dell or its partner...

If the part is backlogged due to manufacturer delays, there is nothing anyone can do.

Or cancel the order and re-order from Dell, if the problem is with the reseller.
