Dell U3818DW and U3821DW only work when laptop is at 100% charge

Hello,

I currently manage many Dell U3821DW & Dell U3818DW monitors in our office. It seems that while on USB-C, if the battery on the laptop is below 80%, the monitor may flicker and the display will turn off. However, when on 100% battery, the issue disappears. 

The laptops that are being used are the following;

Lenovo, X1 Carbon 9th Gen (20XW004DUS ) (Windows 10 21H2 & Windows 11)
Lenovo, X1 Carbon 8th Gen (Windows 10 21H2 & Windows 11)
Lenovo, X1 Carbon 7th Gen (Windows 10 21H2 & Windows 11)
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) (OS Monterey, Latest patch)
MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) (OS Monterey, Latest patch)
MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) (OS Monterey, Latest patch)

And many other similar models. 

I believe power delivery issues have been raised before for these monitors, so any advice/fixes would be appreciated.
