E2414HT, full white screen

I've been using my Dell E2414HT external monitor for a few years and it suddenly went full white. I have rebooted my laptop, rebooted the docking station (port replicator), and disconnected all cables for several minutes. No difference. 

I have swapped out the VGA cable with an HDMI cable and still  the same issue, so it appears to be something specific with the monitor itself. Looking for suggestions on what specific part/module to replace (power, video card, etc.) so I can determine if it's even worth it or if I should simply junk the whole monitor.
