Many websites are designed with a fixed width so the layout can be controlled regardless of the display being used. Because few sites are designed for widescreen displays I have my browser window sized to something suitable and use the remaining desktop space for other things.
Site is http://www.americanbus.com/ and it works fine on mine, which I have a desktop with a widescreen and the one that I am having problems with is a widescreen laptop and a external Monitor. But the laptop (alone) also has the website messed up too?
