The P2214H does not have internal speakers or even an audio out jack. It has rear Soundbar mounting slots to attach an external Soundbar which connects directly to your computer audio out jack.
To start, I need to know if the monitor is connected to a laptop or desktop computer. Then what specific model of computer? What specific sound card is installed in the computer? Do you have a Soundbar attached to the monitor and then to the computer audio out jack?
