P2314H BGR Manufacturing error

I have a Dell P2314H, and mine seems to have a BGR sup-pixel order. Is this correct? Or a manufacturing error? Because I don't see the point of using a different sub-pixel order instead of the standard RGB, and this causes text especially to appear fuzzy in OS X and linux. In addition to this, in my multiple monitor windows configuration, the text also  appears fuzzy.

Monitor exchanges must be done through Technical Support. They must follow the policy I spelled out here =
    * Scroll down to, "Monitors without a service tag number purchased from resellers (Amazon, Best Buy, Buy.com, Cost Co, Walmart, Sams, other online store, etc.)"

I have looked at another P2314H, and this has an RGB sup-pixel layout. Which leads me to believe that this is a manufacturing error of the panel.

    My serial number is: CN-0J8J31-74445-48J-BJ3B

Okay. I don't have a service code, and the monitor was bought from an online retailer. I have tried contacting phone support, but have been left on hold for an hour and then hung up on. Is there another way to contact them? Or should I try again tomorrow?

Manufactured on August 19, 2014. Early in the run, the monitor sold with both BGR and RGB panels. Going forward (December 2014), all should be RGB. Get it exchanged. Go back to the main Monitor Forum board. On the right side of the page open, "Monitor warranties and replacement instructions".
