P2419H, broken backlight

Hi, I have a Dell P2419H and often when I use it only part of the screen actually lights up, the rest is very dim as seen here =

I was just wondering if there is anything I can do or if it can even be fixed.

The 3 year warranty has expired. Dell does not repair monitors. We replace them while under the purchased warranty period.

If you see the same issue when running the standalone Built-in diagnostics (page 59), the monitor is faulty.
