P3222QE, M1 flickering problem

I've done a factory reset to the monitor and the flickering is gone, for now.

In that case there was nothing to address. The Built-in Diagnostics passed which meant the P3222QE hardware was functional. The fault was either macOS, its drivers, or cabling. You also should run the stand alone Built-in Diagnostics.
