S3422DWC setup

I would like to know if S3422DWC or S3422DW is better for my setup.
I currently have PS5, XPS15 9560, HpZBook* and P2418D, with the following requirements, can S3422DWC or S3422DW meet my requirements?

1. When I connect XPS15 9560 OR HpZBook, I want dual screen at minimum 60hz, ie. P2418D and S3422DWC at the same time.
2. When I connect XPS15 9560 AND HpZBook, I want to S3422DWC to show both XPS15 9560 AND HpZBook split screen minimum 60hz.
3. When I connect PS5 to S3422DWC I want it run at max refresh rate ie. 100hz.
4. Can I leave PS5, XPS15 9560, HpZBook* and P2418D all connected at the same time and switch between modes 1, 2 and 3 above?
5. How can I use the same keyboard and mouse for modes 1 and 2 above?
6. I have Logitech MX Master 3 and a standard Bluetooth keyboard, is it possible to seamlessly my mouse cursor the two laptop split screen and use my keyboard in mode 2 above?
