U2327QE, two, same model, different color appearance

I own two U2723QE monitors purchased at different times this year.

First is from Jan 3, 2024, service tag <Your private information was removed from this public post. DELL-Admin>, purchased on DELL web site.

Second is from last week, service tag <Your private information was removed from this public post. DELL-Admin>, purchased on Amazon.

I'm using a dual monitor setup and what's driving me crazy is that the image on the newer one is slightly warmer - i.e. the pure white (like a web browser or a text editor) is noticeably more yellow. Other colors are affected too.

The settings of both monitors are identical - I'm using the default Standard preset. Also tried setting the color temperature manually to 6500K which did not help, and also going through the menus on both monitors to spot any differences - there are none. And yet the color difference remains.

I understand that this monitor is not one of those high end color accurate models, but still.....

I know it's not the operating system because the issue exists with both MacOS and Linux. The difference is with the monitors themselves.

Can a DELL specialist respond and maybe offer an explanation?

Is it conceivable - based on the different service tags - that the two monitors are using different panels?
