Go to SolutionU2413 card reader doesn't work via usb 3.0
I found my U2413 card reader usually work on usb 2.0 mode rather than 3.0. It rarely worked on correct usb 3.0 mode.
I see it is under USB 2.0 MTT HUB in device manager.
I search the forum, which exist some U2713H similar issues, so what about mine?
my PPID is CN-024TCY-72872-31T-0V6L, rev A00
my motherborad is intel B85 chipset. WIN 7 64BIT,
If I don't install the Dell UltraSharp Calibration Solution(1.5.3), there are two USB2134/USB5534 yellow devices without drivers.

I have tried both desktop and laptop( all have usb 3.0)
I check my CD that don't include CPRM.dll, but I already try the latest driver(v6.3)
Should the card reader be under USB 3.0 HUB (USB5534 )?

No clue as to where it should be in the device manager. I would start over. Unplug the monitor USB upstream cable from the computer. Open the Device Manager Universal Serial Bus controllers and screenshot it. Plug the monitor USB upstream into a BLUE USB 3.0 port on the computer. Screenshot it and compare them for differences.

of coruse I already plugged it into blue usb 3.0. (test on desktop and laptop hp 840g1). once I saw the card under 3.0 hub correctly. but most time it's not right. I remember you said some old u2713h had usb issue. is my rev a00 an same situation?

There was never a firmware released for the U2413 dealing with the USB hub.

The customer service exchanges A02 version monitor. the issue is resolved
