You will have to prove the fault via video and then troubleshoot with EMEA Technical Support.
The replacement U2720Q does not get new 3 year warranty. It only carries the original P2715Q warranty start/end dates. If the original P2715Q warranty has expired, the replacement U2720Q has a 90 day warranty from the dispatch date.

Hi there,
I have an identical problem.
I have tried:
1) Replacing the display cable (USB C and HDMI cables were both tried).
2) Powering the unit down for a few minutes.
3) Changing the display settings (the choice is very limited on my Mac Mini M1).
None of these has proven successful.
Could you please suggest how I should proceed. This is a business monitor for Somerset IT Ltd.
Regards
