U2723QE, USB-C compatibility and recommendations needed

Hi,

I have just set up a U2723QE connected to a Latitude 5420 laptop via USB-C and Inspiron 5675 desktop using HDMI and USB-A to USB-C. As the cables that come with the U2723QE are quite short, I had purchased the following 2m length cables =

- But the monitor didn't recognize the laptop (the cable is fine on other devices)

With this, I am having unreliable connectivity of my other connected usb peripherals (mouse, keyboard) - they will stop working intermittently.

Are there DELL recommended cables (minimum 2m length), please?

The U2723QX/U2723QE/U3223QE was only tested/validated with the provided 1m/3.2ft USB-C to USB-C cable and USB-C to USB-A cable.

You need to reconfigure your physical setup so as to test the U2723QE using our provided cabling to prove that the U2723QE functions correctly.

I originally set everything up with the provided cables, arranging things to accommodate their 1m length, and it all functioned. However, they are much too short for ongoing use.
