U4021QW, KVM OSX setup is wrong
MacBook Pro m1 max is primary computer.
PC desktop is secondary computer.
Mac is connected to monitor via thunderbolt only.
PC is connected via DP and USB-B.
When setting up KVM on Mac, I get this window.
Which only gives USB-B option only for data. Which isn't even required since it's connected via thunderbolt. Which is wrong!
When I set up KVM on the PC, if I select Thunderbolt, it only has thunderbolt option for data too. Which is correct.
So the KVM doesn't work for me for when I switch to my Mac, the peripherals connected to the monitor does not work.
Ccan someone fix this please.

It's done on the USB and Input menus. See pages 80-82 of the user manual. I agree it’s not described in the most logical way but it definitely works!
I ended up connecting my webcam to my laptop directly and not via the monitor because if I want to look something up on the DP connected computer during a Teams call on the Thunderbolt connected laptop, I'd lose my video connection as the monitor passed the webcam connection to USB-B!

I use two computers on Thunderbolt & DP/USB and it works fine. However, I did the configuration on the monitor itself. Try that?

I don't see the option of setting up KVM on the monitor it self.
I can select which which computer gets control of the USB ports, but I want to be able to share the peripherals connected to the screen between the computers.

You’re amazing. Thanks so much! They definitely hid that.
