UH2417HA noise at high frequencies

Recently I began to notice some squeak coming from the PC. At first I thought that the video card noise. Now I disabled acoustics and listened and found that the noise monitor. The noise coming from the back of the monitor and varies in intensity and frequency depending of type of energy consumption.
Install the program DELL DISPLAY managery and determined that noise occurs with an increase in brightness above 60% in the basic color modes. When you increase the brightness changes the tone of the noise, as well as its ripple appears. The noise disappears when i am turn off the monitor, or go to sleep mode.
Noise crushes my ears.

Purchase Date April 2016

What to do?
Ps Very inconvenient support from DELL.

First, use the OSD (On Screen Display) -Others and Factory Reset it. Then, post a youtube video allowing us to hear the noise.

Sorry for the poor video quality. The sound in high frequencies cuts the microphone tablet. I did he could. Slipped tablet under the monitor to better could be heard and regulated with the brightness. A lot of background noise.
