am getting error when labeling tapes
Am getting this error when labeling tapes on to any drive of the jukebox, there are 8 drives on the jukebox but all the drives give same error.Please provide a solution for this.All the drive are remote drives
cannot find usable cleaning slot for drive

You may need to set the number of uses for the cleaning cartridge and set the slot for the cleaning cartridge using nsrjb.
nsrjb -U [default cleanings] -j [name from your Libary in Networker] -S [Cleaning Slot]
There's some good info in this 7.6 SP2 guide - do a key word search on cleaning and cleaning slot.

Can you tell us the versions of NetWorker, the type of tape library (jukebox) and the models of the drives? You may also wish to review the section of the NetWorker Administrators Guide- Library Device maintenance, on page 264 I believe (though you may have better luck just searching for the string). This section describes things like Tape Alert, Auto Cleaning for devices and much more that may help you understand the issue you are facing, which is most likely just a configuration change that may be needed.
