Would you please provide us with more information about the NetWorker server version and it operating system , in addition to the Avamar server version ?

Can you please check the daemon.raw for any other error messages or warnings we can investigate with more ?

Ok, i just re-installed the networker client as mentioned in the article but the same error still there

I found the following Powerlink articles that recommends to re-install the NetWorker client on the avamar node or manually fix the symbolic link referenced in the solution :

networker server is 7.6.2.7 on windows 2008R2 and avamar server 6.1

there is no other error messages i can see in the logs, just that internal error message.

cannot find any issue from the avamar side.
