Backup Error Using Microsoft Application Modules

Hi All Everybody ,

We are trying to backup with Microsoft Application modules, not legato networker modules. We are using Networker 7.6  and Nmm 2.2 SP 1 .

At a Windows 2008 R2 server , we tried to backup system components from active directory, And took an error message shown below.

What can I do to solve this problem.?

For some reason EMC has not put much effort in supporting backups of Server 2008 filesystem or applications with NMM module with NetWorker.

Server 2008 R2 is not supported with NMM 2.2.1

It's supposed to be supported in NMM 2.3, which is supposed to be ready in late Q1 2011. But I would not be surprised if it wasn't until Q2 2011.

I have attached the software compatibility guide.  This states support.

    Please reference: http://solutions.emc.com/emcsolutionview.asp?id=esg109755.

This is the closest I could find with the information provided.
