When you start nsrexecd in debug mode from cmd line and try the restore what do you see? Does it crash only when certain clients (eg. certain OS) are trying to restore or does it apply to any (and every) restore attempt?
It was solved with the next procedure - The operating system was reinstalled in the backup server (formated) - The hotfix KB899750 was installed - NetWorker 7.3 was reinstalled - The configuration was type manually
The problem was We tried to upgrade NetWorker 7.2.1 to 7.3. I think 7.3 works ok when it has a begin installation.
