Backup server´s nsrexecd process is down in NetWorker 7.3
Environment
Backup Server: W2K3 SP1 English
Hot fix: KB899750
NetWorker 7.3
The nsrexecd process in the backup server is down after the clients try to recover information.
The event viewer has displayed error: ERROR_NOACCESS. The microsoft hotfix KB899750 was installed to solve this problem but it is continue.

It was solved with the next procedure
- The operating system was reinstalled in the backup server (formated)
- The hotfix KB899750 was installed
- NetWorker 7.3 was reinstalled
- The configuration was type manually
The problem was We tried to upgrade NetWorker 7.2.1 to 7.3. I think 7.3 works ok when it has a begin installation.
