Please help.

We are facing some hardware issues with existing Networker server (Windows Server 2003 32Bit). Now we need to build a new server (Windows Server 2008 R2 64-Bit) with better hardware configuration, new IP address and Name. Would you please suggest the steps how to carry out this operation. Suggest me also if there is a way to backup the existing server and restore to new server to have the all existing configuration.
