By-mistake deleted media from Volumes!

I assume you mean you have deleted the media database entries - you need to load without mount the tape into a drive and use the command:

scanner -m device

to read the media database entries in again; if you want the entries to be browsable use:

scanner -i device

instead, or recover indexes using nsrck -L7 client
