Hi Linusalmeida.

Do you mean that you cannot access the NMC console? Did you try to stop/start the NMC service (EMC GST Service) on the NMC console server? There is also a log file under C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\logs

Yes, the service was down, we restart the server twice but it didn't work. had to restart it manually.
it is working now

I noticed 7.5 NMC can give you some troubles where 7.4.4 didn't. On one test box I had to disale private network to be able to connect. Really strange...
