Console logon after upgrade from 7.5.1 - SP2 fails
Hi guys,
I upgraded our Networker server from 7.5.1 to SP2 and am now unable to logn to the console
the error is "Problem contacting server: Connection refused:connect"
Has anyone seen this problem before?

Hello - Have you tried recycling the gst service on the console server?
I've seen occasions where clearing NW cache (/nsr/tmp) and recycling the services after an upgrade clears us NMC logon issues.

I saw that some time ago and found the NetWorker Administrators where wrong.
I think with 7.5.2 the user "root" or "system" on NMC server must be Networker Admin even if you only want to monitor NetWorker with NMC.

Thanks guys,
I found that one of the GST services had uninstalled it's self but it had not re-installed the up to date one. We re-ran the console install and this fixed the problem.
