@Barahona ,  There is no BMR for a Windows 2000 but you should still be able to do a complete system state incase you have the C drive and the system state backup.
The fastest way for you get to get the desired version of NetWorker client is to reach out to the Dell Support. I hope they still do give it at least EMC support did.

I do not know haw this has been backed up - so you might also need the appropriate module.

If not, let me know an upload location and the OS - I am sure that I have the software somewhere.

Hello,

I send you a private message that the loading location, the OS is Windows 2003, I don't know if I will need the module, I look at it, I think it's only FS,

Thanks for you help

The OS is Windows 2000, the recover is a bare metal restore in his own hardware

Sorry, but the only action you can do at the URL you provided is 'Download Folder'. Obviously this is not a directory where you can upload software.

Your description of the problem is in fact pretty 'fuzzy'.

Do you need to restore the NetWorker server himself to access the old backup or is this a client's data?

If you still have a productive NW server and if the save set is still mentioned in the media index, you might do a directed recovery to another Windows client which must not necessarily have the same OS and NW version. Even if the save set is not mentioned in the media index and you 'only' have access to the backup media, you just need to scan the media before you can run a restore. NW is backward compatible for restores.

If the client does not exist any longer, do not forget to create a fake entry in the hosts table for name resolution purposes.

And of course, as crazyrov already mentioned, a BMR did not exist for Windows below 2008.

Hello,

My colleagues did a complete recovery of all drives, all FS and the state of the windows 2000 server and it worked, The bare metal recovery did not work with 7.5 and 7.6, we did not get to test with 7.4 Thank you all for the help.
