EBA only shows data from after the collector is installed?

I have just installed EBA collectors on several Backup Exec 11d servers but I can only see data from events & backups that have happened since the EBA collectors were installed. I would like to have EBA show the backup jobs from the past few months so I can generate reports for compliance reasons. Shouldn't EBA be able to access the BE 11d data from the past, data that is active in the BE SQLExpress database and the BE xml files?? I have the same problem with a NetWorker 7.3.2 environment, can't get EBA to show the past backup jobs even though the CFI and Media DB are available. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this to work, or is this a limitation of the product. Thanks much.
