error when adding new client
i have networker 7.3.2 server running on HP UX 11.23 v2, and management console on windows 2003 server, i have 15 client connections license 5 of them for windows the other 10 are for unix, as far as i know that i can add as much clients as i want but only 10 unix clients can work at the same time am i right? i have added 15 unix ckients till now and they where working prperly ofcourse not in parallel, last week i tried to add another one and it was added when i tried to take a backup from it and i got the following error

save: RAP error: Unable to grant SERVER (UNIVERSAL) CLIENT license to client Telecom: Too many clients. Maximum is 15
save: Cannot open save session with infbkup
can anyone help me in this?as this client is critical and i need to take backup to it urgently

You need more client licenses OR reduce the no. of clients being backed up. May be for a couple of clients, Uncheck "Schedule Backup" and remove them from any group.

i tried what you suggested but it didn't work, is there any solution for this taht anyone tried and it worked?

you can free up a license while not loosing the oportunity to restore when you open the client copy the client id and then delete it. afterwards create the client with the same name and the copied client id.
