The errors are saying that vcbmounter failed to mount the disks. Please run below command on the proxy to check if the problem is from VMware side. If it failed then you should contact VMware to fix this. "vcbmounter -h VC/ESX -u user -p passw0rd -a ipaddr: -t fullvm -r C:\MNT\vmshorthostname -m "nbd".
