grant admin access to console application using linux nw 7.3.3 and nmc 3.2

Just search for nsrauth in forums and you will find thread or two with steps.

I have found instructions on how to grant access if you have nwadmin from nmc 3.1 guide, but nothing else. But at 7.3.3, you don't have nwadmin. I'm trying to disable nsrauth in local host for a client. I don't see anything in nsradmin either.
