Hi!

I had similar behaviour during backing up a Notes server.

In our case the main reason was the unreliable network connection between the server and the client.

To prevent this error i did:

1. Changed the group inactivity timeout. (increase)

2. Assign a task to a Network management group to monitor the affected switch ports

3. Change the client retry count too.

4. Change the server switch port

It can happend that during the backup there is a scsi reset can cause that backup flow is interrupted and continue again.

WHat do you recomend is a good value to increase in group inactivity timeout setting?

It seems that increasing the Inactivity timeout value to 60 from 30, has been solved the issue.
