Hey Guys,

Had an issue with 7.6.2 and JAVA! Oh man, who knew! So got that sorted out by downgrading java all around. Discovered that upgrading NMC to 7.6.3 would allow 1.7 / java 7 to be used. Great! So that's where I was headed.

I shut down all services (networker and gst ) and did an rpm -e on all packages for 7.6.2.

Downloaded 7.6.3 for linux_x86_64

installed all 10 rpms

ran nmc_config

told it to import old database (even tried to let it create a new datbase on it's own...didn't do anything)

tell it to start services

and I get the following error seen in gstd.raw:

when doing a ps -ef | grep dbsrv9 I get the following:

GST continues to die and I cannot open GUI.
