How to realize a Full backup Networker 7.3.2 on Windows server 2003?

Hello everyone,

I'm very confusing with Networker, because I'm trying to configure a group to execute a backup full and I didn't receive the good result.

My Networker is installed on:
- Windows Server 2003 Ent. x64 bit SP1
- Dual 2.66 GHz Intel Xeon
- Tape installed: HP Ultrium 2-SCSI S53D at SCSI Port 2 Target 3 LUN 0
- Three partions: C:\ (system); D:\ (dropbox); E:\ (data)
- They roles are: Active Directory; DNS Server; DHCP Server; File Server and Backup Server self it (version 7.3.2)
Registrations: Access Control for NetWorker;NetWorker for Windows, Workgroup Edition (8 clients per server)/1 server; Volume Shadowcopy Service for Windows

Configuration:
I configured the self server as client to backup, choosing the custom option to backup and selecting "all drives on the server" and using the option VSS method too.

When the backup's finish I can see only one directory from drive E:\ (Data) safed beside there are six directories, and zero records to drive C:\ and D:\.

Did you see this behavior before?

Anyone has any suggestion for me?

Thank you

ooops forgot to mention.

Look at your Schedule as well.

Since you are new to NetWorker, have you had a chance to look at the users's guide. This can be downloaded from the EMC Powerlink website.

What have you entered in your Saveset on your client.: If you want everything to be backed up the just enter "A". This will include all your data and your all your VSSs.

Also check you schedule, make sure that the entries are correct for the day the backup takes place.

Look at both your GROUP and CLIENT properties.

Set schedule on client to be full and use saveset All. If this is the only client in group you can set level to be full on group level too.
