I get error after group finish.
Hello,
I´ll apreciate your help with the following:
I don´t know what means messages that I get and don´t know if the task finished ok or not.
Under group named "Exchange MailBox Semanal", I can see that status field is with an error (Red button on the left side).
When view details pressing enter over group, appears 2 items indicated as failed, these are r* and k*.
Please, if you check Looking the ScreenShot that attached here:
Could you indicate me if the group "Exchange MailBox Semanal" finish ok or not?
Could you indicate me why appears under failed status all mailbox k* and r* ?.
Need to know what is happening and what i need to do.
Thanks a lot

Hi Alberto,
Could you please provide us with some further information?:
1.- NetWorker server:
NetWorker Version and build.
2.- Exchange client:
NetWorker version and build.
NME version and build.
Also, are you able to browse those mailboxes?
Did you check nsrxchsv.raw file?
Did you check XBSA messages file?
Did you check /nsr/tmp/sg/Exchange ;ailBox Semanal files?
Within that folder you will find one file per saveset, so please check them out and see if there is any error message, however based on the error messages I would say backup is working fine, but NMC is failing to retrieve the correct output from nsrjobdb.
Do the following:
1.- Stop NetWorker services in Server and client
2.- In the client delete /nsr/tmp
3.- In the server delete /nsr/tmp and /nsr/res/nsrjobsdb
4.- Start NetWorker services on the server
5.- Start NetWorker services on the server
6.- Run a new backup.
Let us know the results.
Thank you.
Carlos.

Carlos,
I answered you questions. I want to clarify that Networker is running in Windows 2003 SE Sp2.
Exchange is Windows 2003 ED sp2.
1.- NetWorker server:
NetWorker Version and build.
Using about Networker Management Console:
NetWorker Management Console version 3.4.4.Build.634
Based on NetWorker version 7.4.4.Build.634
When I run Networker management Console:
Networker 7.4 SP4
2.- Exchange client:
NetWorker version and build.
NME version and build.
Option help under "Networker user for exchange server" in exchange Server.
Networker User Exchange Server Version 5.1.0.266 QuickFix
3.- Also, are you able to browse those mailboxes?
Sorry, I don´t know what means this.
Did you check nsrxchsv.raw file?
I didn´t find this file.
Did you check XBSA messages file?
I didn´t find this file.
4.- Do the following:
1.- Stop NetWorker services in Server and client
2.- In the client delete /nsr/tmp
3.- In the server delete /nsr/tmp and /nsr/res/nsrjobsdb
4.- Start NetWorker services on the server
5.- Start NetWorker services on the server
6.- Run a new backup.
All these step were executed, except delete of (/nsr/res/nsrjobsdb) today in a few hours more, i want to run group, between they, "Exchange Mailbod Diario". Tomorrow I will inform you how this worked.
Thanks
Alberto

Hola Alberto,
First of all, NetWorker 7.4.x is no longer supported since September 2010, so my first advice would be to upgrade to a supported version (I would suggest you 7.6.2).
NME 5.1 is also quite old, I would suggest you to upgrade to 5.1.3 (available in Powerlink).
What I meant by "Can you browse those mail boxes" I mean that if, on the Exchange server, if you open NME GUI you are able to browse the backups.
Thank you.
Carlos.
