Hello Sainath,

I see something already that points to wrong configuration.

1.- Client retires has to be set to 0

2.- All values on the right side of the advanced tab in group configuration has to be set to 0

3.- Make sure the "backup renamed directories" option is not checked in client configuration.

4.- Make sure there is no directive set for the client.

Can you please attach screenshots of all the group configuration tabs and same for the client?

Thank you,

Carlos

Hi Sainath,

Can you please disable the "Perform virtual Synthetic full" option in the group properties?

Group properties-> Advanced tab-> bottom right part of the screen.

If you don't see this option then enable the diagnostic mode by clicking on "View->Diagnostic mode".

Thank you,

Carlos

Well, we have tried it on server 2003 and it did not work. The reason given by support."NMM 2.4.1 is not compatible with Windows 2003".

well, the windows 2008 should work though. i would suggest you to install NMM 3.1 with NetWorker client 8.1.1 for windows 2008. The file-system backup is traditional (without snapshot).

Hi crazyrov,

Thanks For the update.

Is NMM 3.1 compatible with Windows Server 2003 ?

Thanks & Regards
