Hello everybody,
While trying labeling a tape volume for a certain pool (using NMC), the "load volume" operation fails and I got the error message "Invalid nsrlcpd update. Information is missing for drive `\\.\Tape1".
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks !

A bit more info would be helpful. Is this a new or an older installation that worked already for a while?
nsrlcpd is the library control daemon.
It this is a new install, I assume that your tape library has not properly been configured. Run inquire to verify that you can see the jukebox. Then delete the resource and rerun jbconfig.
If this setup has worked already, I guess a restart of the server/storage node would do the job.
