Exchange 2016 ( Upgraded from IP DAG to IP-less DAG)

One DAG with 8 Nodes ( 4 of those nodes is on different network segment )

Nodes is on Hyper-V

While testing  with Client backup on the node, I have experience 2 type of error message but never once the backup manage to finish up.

Error 1:

 

Error 2 ( Not sure should I call this an error as it never did complete the backup but it's still better than the above. However I have deleted the Client to redo the configuration so I doubt this can be replicated )

 

Overall, I'm stuck and I'm not sure if this is related to ports / configuration .

One last details, while backup the Client FS, it only successful once prior of IP-Less , now although the FS reach backing up status with showing 0kb on Monitor panel, no data actually being backup at all.
