Issue with Networker after upgrading from 7.3 to 7.5

Question

One of the guys I work with upgraded our version of Networker from 7.3 to 7.5. Since the upgrade, the "Default job" has failed with the following error:

24050:savepsm: FAILED HY000 -697 [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Anywhere]Error during backup: Server is disabled: update enabler required

You need a license to upgrade from 7.3 to 7.5 The message seems to indicate that you do not have this license in place. Please contact your local EMC representative for acquiring this license.

This is correct.I ran into the same issue. A quick call to EMC licensing support and I was given a new Auth Code

Update enabler is listed in docs. After that you have plenty of time to authorize it. Reading docs prior to upgrade is highly recommended.
