- Check SCSI BUS, cabling, terminator, drive BUS adapter, SAN components (if applicable) - Power cycle all components/devices for the specific SCSI bus: the jukebox, SAN, machine,.. - Check the firmware and get it updated to the latest version. - If necessary re-run jbconfig after deleting the jukebox and devices followed by nsrjb -HEv and nsrjb -Iv to reset and inventory.
Also may be the cause that SCSI id 0 used for jukebox , so you have to change jukebox SCSI id from 0 to 2.
It is strongly recommended that before we conclude that hardware is a problem use non NetWorker utilities like sjimm, tar, mc (for HPUX) first and see if they also fail in the same manner.
The root cause of most of these issue is hardware related. Please try the steps i had mentioned before , and if you didnt observer the cause or the fix, Your library hardware vendor have to examine the hardware components.
Is any Services which creating this issue ? Like i have seen networker Host agent Service is Stopped and we cant able to Start that service . Is that might be creating this issue.
