Please check if nsrlcpd service is running in storage node. if not try to stop and start the nsrexecd service and see whether nsrlcp service is running after some time.
i don't see nsrlcpd service on windows 2008 service list manager.
how can found it?
i have restarted nsrexecd
on detail i have two activate storage node, ci08svbkp002 and ci08svrdbdwh1 for labrary Quantuim i80 and 4 starage node for the labrary STK where all working finelly.
the order of tape drive are: for STK:

\\.\Tape4
\\.\Tape6
\\.\Tape7
rd=ci08svmon001:\\.\Tape0
rd=ci08svmon001:\\.\Tape1
rd=ci08svrdbdwh1:/dev/nst0
rd=vas1-node1.moov.com:/dev/nst0
rd=vas1-node1.moov.com:/dev/nst1
For Quantuim:
\\.\Tape2
\\.\Tape5
rd=ci08svrdbdwh1:/dev/nst1
r=ci08svrdbdwh1:/dev/nst1 work finelly but now i can't see nst2 please help

Please run inquire command in storage node and see whether you are able to see nst2 device.
