Networker backup authenfailuretker

I have a networker new backup failing with the following error : Authentication error; why = GSS-API credential
problem. Client says that there is another server bult exactly the same and I see that the backup of that server is successful.  My networker server has v 8.2.0 and the networker client is 8.2.1.4 on the server that backup is failing on. Anyone ever experienced this issue?

Remove key for the client on the server and it will probably run fine after that.  You can find details in KB.

Can you be a bit more specific. What key, on what server (networker or client) and what KB?

On backup server.  KB=knowledge base.  Just go to support.emc.com and search your error code and you will find it in along with steps explaining how to remove it.  You can search also forum here since this has been asked many times before.

I have searched emc support, and the community looking specifically for this error that I received

"Authentication error; why =GSS-API credential problem"  and there is no other detail in the error message.

No error code provided in the failure message I am getting.  During my search, I do see sevaral authentication error posts but none specific to my failure text. Some target LDAP, or miscellaneous failure, or nsrmmd, or context problem. Nothing close to my failure text. Maybe I should not be looking for exactly my error text, I don't know. That's why I'm reacing out to the community. I do know what KB means thats why when I said what KB, I was actually asking exactly what KB article you were referring to. Maybe if you provide that, I can determine if it relates to my failure.
