Networker Backup for Max DB
Networker Backup of MaxDB 7.6 failed with follow error message:
=====================NETWORKER DB BACKUP=================
dbmcli on SID>backup_start NSR_DB DATA ERR -24920,ERR_BACKUPOP: backup operation was unsuccessful The backup tool failed with 0 as sum of exit codes. The database request failed with error -903.
=====================MaxDB lokales DB BACKUP=================
dbmcli on SID>backup_start SID_DB DATA ERR -24988,ERR_SQL: SQL error -903,Host file I/O error 3,Data backup failed

Problem is fixed with change of cache_size of MaxDB from 200000 to 160000 and the backup is running fine.

Do you have more debugging logs from client and can you check if there is anything suggesting this session on backup server log?
