Networker Compatibility Matrix

Hi, I am having this scenario, I am installing this Networker 7.6.3 in new environment, the Fast start 7.6.1 refuse to install the exchange module. With error says the networker server is installed on this server. I did install the client (done), then the NMM 2.3 done with errors. then I installed config checker and I realize that the Exchange version is not compatible with 7.6.3 and fast start 7.6.1 since it is only exchange 2010 without SP, while they need exchange sp1 rollup 6. I tried to upgrade to 7.6.4 but same issue. So my question is which networker version compatible with exchange 2010 with no Service Pack. 7.6.1 or 7.6.2 or earlier , and what is the impact of downgrading The end customer refuse to upgrade the exchange since he is having many ( 10 ) and most of them at remote sites. I will be grateful for any help. Ashraf

NetWorker version is not related to Exchange compatibility. Backup of Exchange is done with NMM so you should check NMM compatibility.
