Sorry by my english.
I need to know, Which is the default support for networker and networker fast start? Have I some adicional options?

Hi Jose,
If you're talking about tech support, have a look at:
Powerlink > Support > Request Support > Customer Support Guide
There you'll find all the options available. You should check with the company that sold NW to you (EMC or an EMC partner), because at the time of the purchase a support option were selected.
If not confident to write in english, use your native language, we'll get a way to understand (and there's people from all over the world here that can translate to the others)

Hi Jose, What do you mean by support? Do you mean, what does the software support in regard to functionality, or do you mean technical support options?
