networker email notification template
Hello,
i'm looking for a way to let me be able to send automatic e-mails in my networker contains the backup status so i found that i'm able to configure the email on Completion of each policy or workflow but can't find where to edit the automatic template which contains only this details :
Policy name:TenantBackup
Workflow name:* , Workflow status:succeeded, Workflow start time:01/10/23 12:05:38, Duration:0 hours 2 minutes 4 seconds
Action name:backup, Action status:succeeded, Action start time:01/10/23 12:05:38, Duration:0 hours 2 minutes 4 seconds
i don't know if it is possible to add each VMs name and its details into the same email ,

thank you for responding,
in fact that is what i want , i want to create an automated script but didn't really found any documentation that can helps me to start with that , i've searched in the interface but nothing to begin

DPA (Data Protection Advisor)
You can create custom reports, or some of the built-in ones would work, depending on your needs and environment. I get daily summary reports, a slightly more detailed "backup report card" report, as well as a separate report on what failed (if any) the day before. (Also, can provide info about your Data Domains if you use those)

There is no custom template that you can use but you can always create an automated script to collect the information that you need but getting it triggered using the NetWorker notification set on the actions.
