Is /ocus a separate filesystem and if so is it actually mentioned in /etc/fstab?
As NW will ONLY backup filesystems that are stated in fstab. However it will not backup any file shares either (like NFS) unless specified specifically by name in a separate non-ALL client definition.
Also a special file that one can look into to see what would be excluded:
NOTE When you use the ALL save set for a backup, the NetWorker software creates a temporary file similar to a directive under each drive. The file name uses the format driveguid.txt and lists the files that are excluded from the backup. The file is temporary and is automatically deleted when the backup completes.

Also check any directive yoh are using ,give screenshot of workflow action for better understanding
