Page 81 of the NetWorker-VMware Integration Guide has a chapter on Disaster Recovery. Basically, you need to redeploy the EBR appliance. If your whole Vcenter is gone, then you'll need to first install the vCenter software again before redeploying. There are some manual steps you need to carry out for this to be ready for the DR process, so you should follow the guide. This process will be automated a bit better in upcoming releases of NetWorker.
I have the same question. Another scenario I was wondering about is if the VBA gets deleted by mistake. Is it as simple as deploying a new appliance and pointing it to the correct vCenter and Networker servers?
